I'm always happy to hear from you — whether it's a question about a piece, an order, or just to say hello. You'll find the answers to the most common questions below, and a form if you'd rather write to me directly.
Based in Congleton, Cheshire
I usually reply within 1–2 working days.
UK shipping only. £6 for the first piece, £8 for two or more pieces, and free over £60. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, sent tracked, and each piece is individually wrapped in renewable and recyclable packaging.
You'll be refunded in full, including postage — a photograph is all I need, there's no requirement to return anything. Because each piece is one of a kind, I offer a refund rather than a replacement.
Yes — local pickup is available by appointment from the home studio, with no postage charge. The address is sent to you after ordering.
Yes — I have a monthly stall at Treacle Market in Macclesfield, Cheshire, where you can see and hold pieces before they go online.
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know you have changed your mind, and a further 14 days to send it back. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return arriving. For a change of mind, return postage is paid by the customer.
Every piece is thrown, glazed and fired by hand, so small variation in shape, glaze movement, colour and texture is normal — it's part of what makes each piece one of a kind, not a fault. What you see in the product photos is the exact piece you'll receive.
Yes, every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. Avoid the oven, grill, hob or open flame, sudden temperature changes, and abrasive scourers.
Yes to both. The sanded, unglazed base is left bare so the piece sits flat and doesn't scratch surfaces. Fine crazing — tiny hairline lines in the glaze — can appear over years of use and is a natural characteristic of glazed stoneware, not a defect.
I don't currently take commissions. Pieces are made in small batches of 10 to 20 as stock becomes available, so sold-out items may not return in exactly the same form — it's worth joining the mailing list for updates on new drops.
