Terms of Service

About these terms These terms apply to all purchases made through emmakathrynpottery.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products All pieces are handmade, thrown and glazed individually. Because of this, small variations in shape, glaze movement, colour, weight and texture between pieces are normal and are part of the character of handmade pottery, not a fault. Product photos show the exact piece you will receive, unless the listing states otherwise.

Pricing and payment All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our secure checkout.

Order acceptance We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, if a piece is found to be damaged after purchase, or in the case of a pricing or listing error — in which case you will receive a full refund.

Stock and commissions Pieces are made in small batches as stock becomes available. We do not currently take bespoke commissions. Sold-out items may not return in exactly the same form.

Local pickup and markets Local pickup is available by appointment from the home studio in Congleton, Cheshire. We also sell in person at a monthly stall at Treacle Market in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

Intellectual property All content on this site — including photographs, product descriptions and the Emma Kathryn Pottery name and logo — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Liability Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or products purchased through it.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
