Refund Policy

Change of mind You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you have changed your mind, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return arriving with us. For a change of mind, return postage is paid by the customer, and the item should be returned unused and in its original packaging where possible.

Damaged or faulty items If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photograph — there's no need to return the item. We'll issue a full refund, including postage, within 14 days.

Glaze and handmade variation Every piece is thrown, glazed and fired by hand, so small variation in shape, glaze movement, colour and texture is normal and is not considered a fault. The product photos show the exact piece you will receive.

How to request a refund Email emmakathrynpottery@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm next steps and, where applicable, the return address.

Refund method Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
