Shipping Policy
Emma Kathryn Pottery ships within the United Kingdom only.
Cost Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of pieces in your order:
- 1 piece – £6.00
- 2 or more pieces – £8.00
Shipping is free on all orders over £60.
Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. Each piece is individually wrapped in renewable and recyclable packaging and sent using a tracked delivery service.
Local pickup Local pickup is available by appointment from the home studio in Congleton, Cheshire, at no charge. The address is sent to you after ordering.
Damaged items If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us with a photograph and we will issue a full refund, including postage. Because each piece is one of a kind, we are not able to offer a replacement.
