Dip Bowl — Makers Mark

A handmade dip bowl thrown for dips and nibbles, in the Makers Mark glaze. The bowls below are the exact pieces currently available, so you can choose the one that feels right for you.

The shape

Each Dip Bowl is thrown on the wheel to sit alongside a sharing board or stack away neatly when not in use, then turned and finished by hand the next day.

The glaze

The most direct of the six. Navy slip is marked straight onto the raw clay by hand and sealed under a clear glaze, so the mark stays exactly as it was made. No two are the same, and none of them can be repeated.

Every piece is thrown and finished by hand, so small differences in shape, glaze movement, colour and texture are part of its unique character.
